Summary/Objective
Zircoa is looking for a 12 hour Rotating NIGHT Shift Facility Security Guard. They will maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises.
Essential Functions
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Obtains help by sounding alarms.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Controls access by operating multiple gates, doors, and badge system.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards and policies.
- Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Military, Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, Corrections (preferred)
- Five years or more (preferred)
- First Aid, CPR, AED certifications preferred but will be provided
Pay: $22.00 per hour
