We're growing and looking for the right people to join our vehicle detail/ exterior crew. Every single customer gets a follow-up call the next day to confirm they were satisfied. If they weren't, we go back and make it right. That standard applies whether it's a daily driver or a customer's pride-and-joy. We treat every vehicle and every property like it's our own.
Who We Are Looking For
This role covers vehicle detailing (interior and exterior) and pressure washing. It's not "just washing cars." Our customers trust us to make their vehicle or property look better than when we got there, every time.
We care more about your character than your resume. If you're someone who:
- Takes pride in doing a job well, even on the parts no one checks.
- Presents yourself professionally and cleans up well. You'll be working around customers' homes and vehicles.
- Can be trusted with someone's vehicle or property (we run background checks on all hires).
- Enjoys hands-on outdoor work and seeing a visible before-and-after result.
- Is eager to learn. The work isn't hard to pick up, but it takes real attention to detail and effort to do it right
...experience is a nice bonus, but it's not what we're hiring for. We'd rather train someone who cares than hire someone experienced who's cutting corners.
What You'll Do
- Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing. Vacuum, steam extraction, seats, carpets, dash, console, exterior wash, etc
- Perform pressure washing on homes and properties
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Document work with before-and-after photos
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow company SOPs and quality standards
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work outdoors in Louisiana weather
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience
Helpful, but not required. Backgrounds in detailing, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, landscaping, or general labor are a plus. What matters most is that you're eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to leave every job spotless.
