Area Home Services is looking for a motivated Decorative Coatings Applicator to join our growing team! This position is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in detailed work, and wants to build a long-term career.
You’ll be responsible for assisting with surface preparation, mixing and applying products, maintaining a safe and clean job site, and supporting the crew leader in daily tasks. We’ll provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed—what we need from you is reliability, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with job prep and setup
- Operate hand and power tools, HEPA vacuums, and other equipment
- Mix and apply decorative coatings with precision
- Repair cracks and surface imperfections before coating
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE
- Support the crew leader in completing jobs on time and with excellence

Requirements:
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Able to pass background check and drug test
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in varying temperatures
- Ability to drive a truck and back a trailer is a plus
