- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training in HVAC preferred.
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience, including supervisory or lead technician responsibilities.
- Valid EPA Certification & TDLR.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with service management software and scheduling systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Work Environment:
- This position requires both office and field work.
- Occasional evening, weekend, or on-call shifts may be required depending on workload or emergencies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or rooftops.
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions.
