Job Overview
We are opening a new clothing retail store and looking for an experienced Bilingual Clothing Store Manager to help launch and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English and has previous experience in clothing retail, store management, or team leadership.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building a store from the ground up, creating a great customer experience, and leading a team toward success.
Duties
- Assist with new store opening preparation and setup
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Recruit, train, and manage store employees
- Create staff schedules and monitor team performance
- Provide excellent customer service in Korean and English
- Manage inventory, stock organization, and product displays
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Experience
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in clothing retail, fashion retail, or store management preferred
- 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with new store openings is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory, and customer service
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $51,333.71 - $90,000.00 per year
