We’re growing! We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Toddler Montessori Lead Guide to join our team.
This is a special opportunity to build a classroom from the ground up—bringing your vision, warmth, and Montessori expertise to life in a school community that values independence, curiosity, and connection. You’ll work closely with school leadership to shape the environment and culture of this new classroom while benefiting from the support and camaraderie of an established team.
Your Role
As a Lead Guide, you will:
- Observe each child to understand and respond to their unique needs and developmental stages.
- Prepare and maintain an inviting, orderly, and purposeful Montessori environment aligned with AMI/AMS standards.
- Present lessons to children individually and in small groups, always following the child and cultivating deep concentration and independence.
- Foster a peaceful, respectful classroom culture rooted in grace and courtesy.
- Partner closely with families to support each child’s journey, offering insight, communication, and guidance.
- Guide and collaborate with classroom assistants and colleagues with professionalism and care.
We’re Looking For a Guide Who:
- Holds a Montessori credential for ages 0-3 (AMS, AMI, or other MACTE-accredited certification).
- Has experience working with infant, toddlers or preschool-aged children in a group setting.
- Is a thoughtful communicator, open to learning, and committed to continuous growth.
- Believes deeply in the Montessori method and brings that philosophy to life with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Demonstrates warmth, organization, and the ability to lead a classroom community with love and confidence.
- Native Spanish Speaker
