Position Overview:
Precision Health is seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Concierge Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.
This position serves as the first impression of our practice and plays a vital role in creating exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Member Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Welcome members, patients, and visitors in a warm, professional, and hospitality-focused manner.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready reception and member lounge area.
- Provide exceptional customer service across all communication channels, including phone, email, text messaging, patient portal, and in-person interactions.
- Assist patients with navigating the patient portal and communication platforms.
Scheduling & Communication
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining provider calendars.
- Send appointment reminders, preparation instructions, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate scheduling changes, cancellations, and member requests according to established workflows.
- Monitor and respond to patient communications through phone, email, portal, and text messaging systems.
Administrative Support
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation before appointments.
- Assist with insurance verification, payment collection, superbills, and related administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Process incoming faxes, scan documents, and upload records into the EMR/EHR system.
- Support referrals, records requests, and other administrative workflows as needed.
- Accurately enter data and maintain organized documentation within company systems.
Systems & Workflow Compliance
- Follow established front desk workflows, communication standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records within EMR/EHR, scheduling, and communication platforms.
- Escalate patient concerns, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues appropriately.
Support additional administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical receptionist experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Experience with appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare office workflows.
- Experience verifying insurance benefits and patient information.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare reception, concierge medicine, hospitality, or premium customer service environments.
- Experience with Cerbo EMR/EHR.
- Experience with Spruce communication platform.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
