Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Complete tasks to meet production goals while maintaining top-quality standards.
- Monitor sewing machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing protocols, quality control measures, and safety regulations across all sewing activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and sewing supplies for seamless production flow.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to verify stitching accuracy, durability, and overall craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience making dinette covers in the RV Industry.
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques and patterns -specifically mattress and dinette prints.
- Writes and speaks English - bilingual is a plus.
- Familiar with computers and data entry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Warehouse experience is a plus for managing supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance throughout the sewing process.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
