Job Summary
Blue Ridge Experience is looking for an energetic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. Our destination has a lot to offer this community, and we want someone who genuinely loves people and loves this area.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers throughout the retail floor
- Assist with inventory and product staging as directed
- Greet every guest with warmth and a positive attitude
- Help guests find items, make selections, and complete purchases
- Step in with assistance wherever it's needed
- Keep the premises clean inside and out, including watering plants
- Support events as needed
- Assist with opening and closing routines
- Ensure all store property and merchandise is secure and accounted for
What You Bring
- Experience in retail sales and working directly with people
- Excellent communication skills and real comfort talking with people of all kinds
- Reliability: showing up on time, keeping your assigned schedule, and being willing to take on the full range of duties
- Comfort using computers and common apps
- Ability to comply with a 100% substance free environment, including random testing
