Requirements:
Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Childcare experience required.
All candidates are chosen based on experience and/or qualifications. Once hired, all new team members must complete the following before training begins:
- Physical Exam
- BCI/BG check through state attorney general office.
- CANTS Clearance through DCYF
- CPR & First Aid Certification
Additional Trainings are required once hired including ProSolutions 18-hour training and 25 hours yearly completed in classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day operation in the classroom including parent communication, developing lessons and centers as well as facilitating pick up/ drop off, recess, snack, nap and lunch, etc. varying based on the age group.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Cleaning and maintaining your classroom.
Pay scale depends on experience and education level completed.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
