We’re looking for dependable, positive individuals who enjoy cleaning and want the flexibility of working as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleanings, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean kitchens and bathrooms.
- Make beds and tidy living spaces.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and standards.
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions immediately.
- Treat every home with respect and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Perform every cleaning as if you are always on camera.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and must provide their own reliable transportation.
