What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Provide attentive, personalized table service throughout each dining experience.
- Guide guests through our classically trained Chef's seasonal menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Recommend menu items, wines, cocktails, and desserts to enhance each guest's experience.
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Deliver food and beverages with exceptional attention to timing, presentation, and detail.
- Maintain a polished dining room by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables to Club standards.
- Work closely with our culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support private events, weddings, member celebrations, and seasonal Club activities as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality.

- Has previous restaurant or hospitality experience (fine dining or private club experience is a plus).
- Has experience using POS systems (Aloha, Micros, Toast, or similar preferred).
- Possesses wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge—or is excited to learn.
- Can comfortably multitask while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor.
