Position Overview
Dexcore Restoration is seeking an outgoing, organized, and motivated Marketing Manager to strengthen customer relationships and expand our presence in the local community.
This hands-on position combines marketing, property outreach, customer engagement, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, representing the company professionally, and managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular check-ins at customer and partner properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property managers, and referral partners
- Plan and coordinate marketing events with current customers and community partners
- Attend networking events, trade shows, community gatherings, and promotional activities
- Coordinate event schedules, invitations, promotional materials, supplies, and follow-up
- Represent Dexcore Restoration professionally during property visits and events
- Identify opportunities to promote the company and generate new business
- Distribute marketing materials and maintain promotional displays
- Follow up with customers, business contacts, and event attendees
- Maintain organized records of property visits, contacts, events, and follow-up activities
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, event photos, and promotional updates
- Track marketing activities and report results to company leadership
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable engaging with customers, business owners, and community partners
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and events
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
- Experience in marketing, customer service, sales, event coordination, or property management is preferred
- Restoration or construction-industry experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $68,328.28 - $82,287.82 per year
