What You’ll Do (Your Mission, 5 Days a Week)
- Create raving fans with 5-star service every time
- Run both demand calls (leaking water heater, backed up toilets, etc.) and maintenance calls (water heater flushes, inspections, water quality tests, etc.) — and generate sales on BOTH
- Perform whole-home inspections to uncover hidden issues and build long-term solutions
- Educate & empower homeowners to make the best decision for their family
- Work with your team to ensure every promise we make gets delivered
What It Takes to Be the Best
- 2+ years of residential plumbing knowledge
- 2+ years of proven sales success (maintenance & demand leads)
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A commitment to educational, integrity-based selling (no pressure tactics — just real solutions)

- Valid CA Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Ability to pass background & drug screening
