Seniors Helping Seniors® Manassas-Stafford is seeking a compassionate and professional PRN caregiver to serve as a backup for a client in Culpeper, VA (22701). This position offers daytime shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities to pick up additional assignments as they become available.

Compensation
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship
- Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized home
- Provide medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Help promote the client's safety, comfort, and independence
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous caregiving experience
- Is consistently punctual and dependable
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Communicates respectfully with clients, families, and the office
- Takes pride in providing exceptional care
- Is compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Is available to work daytime shifts from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM as needed
Requirements
- Current PCA certification or higher (PCA, CNA, or equivalent), or willingness to obtain PCA certification within two weeks of hire through our company-sponsored training program
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Successfully complete all required background checks, DMV screening, drug screening, and employment requirements
