***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOME HEALTH AND PROVIDER SERIVCE ***
Experience in home provider service or related field is a MUST. A proven track record is required.
The Supervisor will work with the Personal Assistance Service (PAS). Applicant will maintain and audit client files, perform annual and supervisory visits, performs orientation and supervision to providers and clients as required by agency policy and as needed. Previous experience in a health care setting, experience with PHC preferred, at least o 2 year experience working with HHSC program and knowledge of Managed Care Organization implementation preferred.
