Job Overview
Compass of Hope is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven clinical team. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality therapy services and/or psychological evaluations. In addition to direct client care, this role includes providing clinical consultation to team members, maintaining strong communication with leadership, and contributing to professional development through trainings and mentorship/clinical supervision. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position in the Hampton office.
Duties
- Provide individual, family and couples therapy within scope of practice
- Supervise clinical staff and trainees to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, if qualified
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in New Hampshire, willingness to obtain PsyPact within 90 days
- Strong experience in therapy
- Experience with psychological testing, assessment, and report writing preferred
- Timely and compliant documentation practices required
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M)
- Supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or trainees is preferred but not required
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Mental health counseling: 2 years (Required)
- psychological testing: 1 year (Preferred)
