The ART Hotel, Denver is seeking a Hotel Assistant Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Assistant Director of Sales include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business.
- Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives.
- Event Planning Coordination: Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events.
- Promotional Activities: Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management.
- Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
