About the Role
As a Residential Facilities Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for preserving the quality and aesthetic appeal of our living community. You will utilize your technical expertise in building systems to ensure resident satisfaction and maintain high operational standards across the property.
Responsibilities-
Execute essential repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure seamless functionality for all residents.

Enhance property value by meticulously preparing vacant units for incoming tenants through comprehensive turnover services.

Drive resident retention by providing rapid, professional resolutions to daily maintenance service requests.

Qualifications-
Proven experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade.
