Armed Estate Security Officer
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Job Overview
Stratton Security Group is hiring professional Armed Estate Security Officers to protect luxury estates and high-profile residential properties. Officers will provide access control, patrol assigned properties, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols and perimeter inspections.
- Control access for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and client requests.
- Observe and report suspicious activity.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, dispatch, supervisors, and law enforcement.
- Follow all post orders and client-specific procedures.
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior armed or estate security experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Executive protection or residential security experience
