Post Rehab is looking for a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents improve independence and successfully participate in everyday activities. You'll work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist and an experienced interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established plans of care

Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities

Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT
-
Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

Complete accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
-
Active New Hampshire COTA license required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
