As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their wireless, internet, entertainment, and smart home service needs while recommending AT&T products and solutions that best fit their lifestyle, budget, or business goals. What You’ll Do
As an AT&T Associate, you will:
- Engage with new and existing customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Start conversations, build rapport, and identify customer needs through clear communication.
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, internet services, smart home solutions, entertainment options, current promotions, and product features.
- Recommend AT&T products and services based on each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide clear explanations of plan options, service benefits, device offerings, and promotional details.
- Stay up to date on AT&T products, service updates, promotions, and customer offerings.
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Help create a positive customer experience that supports customer satisfaction, customer acquisition, and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Successful candidates for the AT&T Associate role should have:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional, and solution-focused attitude.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, telecommunications, brand ambassador work, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
