Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Makridis Learning is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role involves implementing treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
If you’re not RBT-certified yet but are willing to learn, we provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children and teens, primarily with autism, as well as those with other behavioral or developmental diagnoses.
- Support skill development in communication, academics, daily routines, and social interactions.
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Follow structured intervention strategies and respond to challenging behaviors appropriately.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistency in treatment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (no prior experience required; training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow structured plans and take feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Work Environment:
- Clinic-based setting, working directly with children and teens.

- Collaborative team environment—everyone is expected to jump in and support where needed.
- Monday-Friday availability from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM required.
- Training and supervision provided to ensure high-quality services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
