Job Summary
McConnell Agency is hiring a motivated, competitive, and personable Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This is a sales-focused position for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and turning new opportunities into long-term clients. We provide leads, technology, training, and a proven sales process to help our producers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Contact new internet leads and prospective clients promptly
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective clients
- Identify opportunities to bundle policies and improve clients’ coverage
- Present insurance recommendations clearly and confidently
- Ask for the sale and professionally overcome common objections
- Cross-sell additional products to new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and sales opportunities in our CRM
- Meet individual activity, sales, and premium goals
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Active insurance license is required
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable being held accountable
- Competitive personality with a genuine desire to succeed
- Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks
- Ability to explain insurance products in clear, easy-to-understand language
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow a proven sales process
Compensation
- Expected annual compensation: $50,000–$70,000
- Base pay plus commission and performance incentives
- Compensation within the stated range depends on individual sales performance
