Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Phlebotomy Experience – Site Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (On Site).
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:45am-4:30pm.
Job Type: W2, Full Time.
Start Date: ASAP.
Pay Range: $80,000-90,000/year commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Full Description:
VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent for the PC, is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with phlebotomy experience to work in a corporate wellness clinic in San Francisco, CA.
This is a hands-on clinical role with additional responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Health Center. The LVN will work in a primary care, preventive care, and urgent care environment while helping maintain efficient patient flow, site readiness, staffing coordination, and routine clinic processes.
The employer will be a California professional corporation owned and directed by licensed physicians. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Perform front- and back-office duties and support day-to-day Health Center operations.

Serve as a consistent onsite point of contact for routine clinic processes, patient flow, and site readiness.

Support PRN staffing coordination, schedule changes, and onsite onboarding as needed.

Greet, intake, and prepare patients for visits, including obtaining and documenting vital signs and relevant health information within LVN scope.

Support follow-up care coordination, scheduling, and referral management.

Assist patients with appropriate follow-up instructions and care coordination as directed by the licensed provider.

Maintain referral tracking and follow-up documentation and escalate issues appropriately.

Support physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals.

Prepare and break down examination rooms.

Perform and collect specimens accurately, including phlebotomy, urine specimens, and point-of-care testing.

Perform EKGs.

Administer medications and vaccines within LVN scope, applicable orders, and employer protocols.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and expiration dates and help coordinate restocking and ordering needs.

Assist with equipment, vendor, and service needs and escalate operational or technical concerns.

Support recurring team meetings, action-item tracking, and communication of operational needs to leadership.

Reinforce established clinic workflows, policies, and checklists.

Maintain accurate clinical and operational documentation.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

Active BLS (CPR) certification required.

Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a LVN.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinical management, coordination, or healthcare operations.

Experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant with call and scheduling experience desirable.

Preventive medicine oriented and ability to adapt to change.

Phlebotomy experience is required!

Experience administering vaccines.

Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance where appropriate.

Highly proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Must be able to reliably commute to San Francisco, CA 94105.
