Silveroak Home Health Care Services, a Joint Commission-accredited home health agency, is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a patient in Sunny Isles Beach (ZIP Code 33160).
This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver looking for consistent part-time hours with a patient who offers flexibility in scheduling and is ambulatory. The patient is flexible with the days and times of service. However, once a schedule is mutually agreed upon, the caregiver must be committed to providing services consistently at those scheduled times.
Schedule
- 15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on patient and caregiver availability
- Once established, the agreed-upon schedule must be maintained consistently
Compensation
- Starting at $15.00 per hour
- Increase to $16.00 per hour after two successful payroll cycles, provided the employee demonstrates satisfactory performance, including reliability, compliance with scheduled visits, timely completion of patient documentation, and adherence to agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide homemaking services, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
- Promote the patient's independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Current Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or be eligible to obtain one).
- Current physical examination and all required health documentation for employment in home health.
- Up-to-date Home Health Aide continuing education in accordance with Florida regulations.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish.
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and punctual.
- Must be reliable and committed to maintaining the agreed-upon work schedule
