LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, training manuals, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages. Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical theory.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
At the completion of Dealer training, must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and be CPR certified prior to transitioning to a Table Games Dealer position.
