Job Summary
This position is to provide internal and external technical support for Italvibras products. There are mechanical and electrical responsibilities for this position pertaining to design, manufacturing and quality. This position acts as a liaison between our Italy based technical team and our domestic sales and manufacturing groups.
Duties
1. Provide exceptional technical support while following corporate policies and best practices.
2. Plan, organize, and ensure proper execution of tasks in a consistent, professional, and timely manner.
3. Management of the technical library (Technical Data Sheets, 2D/3D files, Bill of Materials, IOM/Catalog Support).
4. Ability to design/modify components in a CAD environment.
5. Manufacturing support through process design and integration of standardized work.
6. Quality Control support for incoming goods and outgoing sales orders.
7. Ability to manage engineering and manufacturing projects (design, compliance, procurement, assembly).
8. Assist in investigation of customer returns/failure mode analysis.
9. Provide sales and manufacturing support.
Skills
1. 0-5 years experience in engineering or related field.
2. BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Experience with CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
3. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
4. General knowledge of electric vibratory motors or vibratory equipment.
5. Willingness to travel to Italy for technical meetings/training.
6. Willingness to travel with sales team to assist with customer visits/technical discussions and/or field support.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
