NexGen Landscaping is seeking a Commercial Landscape Estimator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in bidding and securing commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, and installation projects throughout the Valley.
We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable in commercial landscaping operations and pricing. Must be a motivated self starter. This role does include utilizing a company vehicle during work hours only; a clean driving record is required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial landscape projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform site walks and gather project information
- Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions
- Track bid opportunities and maintain estimating records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial landscape estimating (Required)
- Knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation, and maintenance practices
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
