Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with inventory counts and enter truck orders.
Learn and assist with scheduling for General Manager review.
Actively seek out new skills and fill in wherever needed.
Be on track for a management career path.

At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or assistant manager role.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Open availability

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs in a busy restaurant environment.

Strong multitasking, communication, and team collaboration skills.

A positive attitude, even under pressure.

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Vehicle Requirement: Assistant Managers must have daily access to a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. The ability to travel between café locations, attend meetings, pick up supplies, and respond to operational needs is an essential function of this role. A travel stipend is provided for roles requiring vehicle use for company bank deposits.
