Requirements
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Coachable and open to mentorship
- Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we guide you step-by-step)
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- This is a performance-based sales position with commission compensation.
- While earnings are not guaranteed, we provide the training, structure, and support needed to help you succeed.
