Job Summary
We are an established high-end kitchen and bath remodeling company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to work directly alongside our Lead Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational trades skills who takes pride in craftsmanship, listens well, and is eager to learn our high-end standards and processes. You don't need to be a master of every trade, but you must be reliable, teachable, and committed to delivering high quality on custom residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside the Project Manager to execute high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels on schedule and to specification.
- Assist with site setup, surface protection, demolition, structural prep, and daily job site cleanup.
- Perform foundational carpentry, fixture installations, cabinet prep, tile layout prep, and finish work under guided supervision.
- Actively listen to project directions and client preferences to ensure precision and prevent rework.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites that reflect our high-end brand.
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager regarding daily progress, materials needed, and potential site challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Dependable & Punctual: Shows up on time every day, ready to work with a strong work ethic.
- Basic-to-Intermediate Trade Skills: Prior experience in residential construction, carpentry, tile, or remodeling, with comfort using basic power and hand tools.
- Teachable & Willing to Learn: Highly trainable with a willingness to adopt our specific high-end techniques and quality standards.
- Strong Listening & Communication Skills: Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Detail-Oriented: Respectful of high-end client homes, paying close attention to clean lines, protective measures, and tidy workspaces.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, bend, stand for long hours, and perform routine physical tasks required in remodeling.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
