Sales Associate – Top Gear Auto Gallery
Location: 929 441 Historic Hwy N, Demorest, GA Top Gear Auto Gallery
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: $600/week base pay + commission per sale
About the Role
Top Gear Auto Gallery is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are driven by earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
No prior automotive sales experience is required—we provide paid training to ensure you’re set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries and leads
- Follow up with potential customers by phone, text, and email
- Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Close vehicle sales while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Work with the team to meet dealership sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic software
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly preferred, but bilingual ability is not required
