Position Overview
As a Pre-K Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement a play-based, child-centered curriculum
- Support kindergarten readiness through hands-on learning experiences
- Foster social-emotional growth and positive behavior guidance
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Incorporate outdoor learning and nature-based activities into daily routines
Schedule Options
We are hiring for:
- Summer-only positions
- Part-time (afternoon shifts available)
- Full-time positions (year-round)
Flexible scheduling may be available based on candidate needs and program requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (3–5 years old)
- Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- A collaborative, positive, and patient approach
- Ability to be active, engaged, and outdoors daily
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
