About the Opportunity
We generate the leads — you do the work and get paid. We're looking for a licensed, reliable HVAC contractor (or small crew) to service customers in Yonkers and the surrounding Westchester area. We handle all the advertising, marketing, and customer acquisition, then pass qualified, ready-to-book jobs directly to you. You focus on delivering quality service; we keep your schedule full.
This is a revenue-share arrangement: you receive the majority of each completed job, and we take an agreed percentage for supplying the lead. No cold calling, no ad spend, no chasing customers — just steady work sent your way.
What We Provide
- A consistent stream of qualified HVAC leads in the Yonkers/Westchester area
- All advertising and marketing handled on our end
- Customers actively looking for installation, repair, and maintenance services
What We're Looking For
- Licensed and insured HVAC technician or contractor
- Experience with residential (and ideally commercial) heating and cooling systems — installation, repair, and maintenance
- Own tools, vehicle, and equipment
- Professional, punctual, and courteous with customers
- Reliable communication and ability to schedule jobs promptly
- Ability to provide fair, honest quotes
Services You'll Handle
- AC repair, installation, and tune-ups
- Furnace and heating system repair and installation
- Routine maintenance and diagnostics
- Emergency service calls (a plus)
Compensation
Revenue-share per completed job — you keep the majority, we take a set percentage for each lead delivered. Terms discussed upfront so everyone's clear before work begins. The more jobs you close, the more you earn.
