Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members regarding orders and special requests
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Availability to work lunch shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
