Summary.
This is a leadership position responsible for (1) overseeing academy operations management and effectiveness within
assigned region; (2) supports academy management with maximizing enrollment potential and minimizing withdraws; (3)
serves as a resource and leader to staff (4) mitigates risk by ensuring compliance to internal and regulatory policies and
procedures to create a safe child learning environment. This position requires decision making competencies, impeccable
communications with problem solving skills and requires a cooperative approach with internal personnel, communities,
parents, children, and outside governing agencies. The position is located in the office and frequent travel is required.
Job Responsibilities.
- Assumes responsibility of assigned academy locations when necessary
- Initiates disciplinary action in conjunction with academy leader for assigned staff.
- Responds to assigned location incidents, completes or assists with the investigative process without prejudice and
complies with the submission process as required by the company.
- In cooperation with academy leaders and other internal personnel, shall recommend, implement and manage operational
processes.
- Conducts frequent compliance management walkthroughs; provides effective feedback to improve efficiencies and
increase STAR rating.
- Sets forth creative initiatives that supports enrollment process and the community.
- Leads, reviews and manages academy staff; establishes career path goals and achieves accountability.
- Disseminates industry standard trends and company communications.
- Supports safety protocols; ensures staff compliance.
- Creates and upholds academy support plans.
- Recommends, supports and participates in company-wide marketing initiatives.
- Meets or exceeds deadlines set forth by the manager.
- Interviews all in-coming personnel into the assigned academy.
- Evaluates and provides feedback to teachers on tone, quality of education, contents and interventions.
- Leads or may be involved with social service referrals and parent education.
- Guide, direct and evaluate the work of subordinates in overall responsibility of financial performance, compliance,
growth, expense control, labor costs and collections
- Identify, train and develop academy management for succession planning.
- Ensures compliance to all internal processes and procedures.
- Monitors and evaluates various age groups, program effectiveness, and outcome; adjusts as necessary for continuous
improvement.
- Ensures compliance to all process and procedures.
- Creates a positive work environment encouraging loyalty and trust; supports engagement activities.
- Reviews disciplinary action plans to ensure relevance and consistency within the region.
- Execute operational reporting to analyze and in conjunction with counter position, recommend operational

- Develop partnerships with company’s vendors, partners, stakeholders, program partners, regulators/licensing
authorities, government representatives, public/charter school administration and community advocates.

This position has supervisory responsibility.
Education/Experience.
Bachelor’s degree with multi-unit experience preferred and three to five years’ in Early Childhood Education (“ECE”)
is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills,
leadership experience with intermediate understanding of MS office.
Work Environment/Physical & Visual Demands.
- This position works Monday – Friday, typically within Academy’s hours; on-call flexibility and local travel is required.
- This position may require, with notice, overnight stays.
- Physical Demands: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Sitting, Keystroke, Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching, Standing,
Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Finger movement, Squatting, Grasping, Repetitive Motion, and Dynamic work with lifting
children or moving items up to 60lbs.
- Visual Demands: Visual acuity to perform activity such as viewing facility, computer terminal, reading and Peripheral
and Central Vision.
- Environment Conditions: This position is subject to excessive noise potential, exposure to disease, sunlight, or darkness
with both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
