Peter Levi Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drains is an established residential and commercial service company looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and develop our plumbing team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to coach technicians, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and hold the plumbing service team accountable to performance goals
- Coach technicians on technical skills, customer service, and sales effectiveness
- Drive key metrics including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top plumbing talent
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and regular one-on-ones
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of plumbing management or senior technician experience
- Licensed plumber preferred
- Proven track record of leading and developing a service team
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Business-minded with the ability to track and respond to performance data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
