Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Preschool Teacher – School Readiness Classroom
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking certified Preschool Teachers to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences where children build independence, communication skills, and strong early academic foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through classroom transitions and learning centers
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Prior preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative teaching approach
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
