We’re hiring Youth Sports Coaches / Early Childhood Instructors to lead engaging, play-based classes for toddlers and preschoolers. This role is perfect for those already in education or coaching who want to supplement income, as well as those looking to start and grow a career in youth development.
Earning Potential:
- ~10 hours/week → $200/week
- 20+ hours/week → $500+/week

Instead, you’ll lead structured, fun, enrichment-based classes at schools where kids learn through movement, imagination, and encouragement.
What You’ll Be Teaching
Through our programs (Amazing Athletes, Soccer Stars, Little Rookies, and Karate Zoo), children are introduced to:
- Soccer & T-ball fundamentals
- Multi-sport exposure (10 different sports)
- Beginner martial arts (Karate Zoo – focus, discipline, coordination)
- Basic nutrition & body awareness
- Teamwork and social skills
All in a positive, non-competitive environment designed for early childhood development.
Schedule (Consistent Weekly Blocks)
We’re looking for availability in:
- Mornings: 9:00–11:00 AM
- Afternoons: 2:00–4:30 PM
- Late Afternoons (Preferred): 5:00–7:00 PM (1–2 days/week)
- Seasonal Saturdays: 9:00–11:00 AM
Build up to 10-20 hours/week depending on availability
Most holidays off (aligned with school schedules)
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, structured classes for young children
- Travel to preschools and elementary schools
- Follow a proven curriculum (we train you!)
- Keep kids engaged through creativity and positive coaching
- Ensure a safe, fun, and professional environment
- Communicate with school staff and families

- 1+ year experience with young children

No advanced sports or martial arts background required—we provide training.
