Known for our rollerskating carhops, upbeat atmosphere, and fresh made-to-order food, we’ve proudly served Southern California for over 40 years. We’re now expanding with a new drive-thru location in Lakewood, and we’re looking for strong leaders to grow with us.

We’re Looking for Team Members Who:
- Can work independently and think on their feet
- Use good judgment and take initiative
- Are easy-going, flexible, and bring positive energy
- Love delivering exceptional customer service
- Can manage shifts smoothly and lead by example
- Are strong problem solvers with solid organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting all departments and staff
- Greeting customers with a warm, friendly presence
- Executing and enforcing systems, checklists, and policies
- Ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed and running smoothly
- Creating schedules and organizing daily operations
- Ordering food/supplies while managing the budget
- Working weekend mid-shifts (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Accommodating peak restaurant hours
- Ensuring compliance with all company procedures
- Helping build a fun, fast-paced, guest-focused culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of management experience required
- Must be highly reliable and ready to grow with us
