Job Summary
Toyotalift of Arizona has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Dispatcher. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong computer skills and excellent time-management abilities.
The Service Dispatcher will perform a variety of office and customer service duties, including dispatching and managing multiple phone lines while delivering a high level of customer service. Prior office experience and strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, are required. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch service technicians and coordinate service schedules
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage multiple phone lines and service inquiries
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Prior office experience required
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
