Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 2:55pm-11:45pm; 11:05pm-7:05am

Fabrication & Mold Prep Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare molds and materials for the wind turbine blade manufacturing process.
- Apply materials, coatings, and components according to production specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Assist with lay-up, assembly, and fabrication of blade components.
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals.
Fabrication & Mold Prep Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written instructions and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment with hands-on production work.
- Must be able to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform work throughout the shift.
