Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Hiring Immediately

Pay: $21 – $25 per hour

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Bensenville, IL. This is a great opportunity to work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities while growing your career in ABA therapy.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated RBTs who want to make a real difference in people’s lives and be part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Track and record client progress
- Assist with daily living skills
- Support positive behavior and skill development
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
