Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Admin / Receptionist Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product and material selection
- Create and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Generate invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks (payments, collections, etc.)
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as needed
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
