Van America is seeking a skilled full-time Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team building
high-end Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, mobility vehicles, adventure vans, and custom automotive products.
Qualifications:
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding with both aluminum and steel
- Ability to read drawings and fabricate parts accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with automotive accessories, vehicle upfitting, or custom fabrication is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a team environment
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate and weld custom vehicle components
- Assist with installation of accessories and vehicle systems
- Work closely with our design and production teams to build industry-leading products
Competitive pay $18-(Plus) based on experience.
