About Us:AAA North Penn has offered members automotive services and roadside assistance for over a century. Over the years, we have expanded to offer travel packages, insurance, discounts, and financial services to more than 180,000 members throughout Lackawanna, Monroe, Lycoming, Wayne, Bradford, Susquehanna, Pike, Tioga, Wyoming, Potter, and Sullivan Counties.
Our seven local offices offer License, Title, & Tag Services, Credit Card program, Gift Cards, Local & National Discounts & Rewards, EZ Pass, Foreign Currency Exchange, Travel Store, and a full-service travel agency.
We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time entry-level position at our Wellsboro office. The ideal candidate will provide essential services to AAA members, including license and title services as a certified PennDOT License and Title Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Notary and License and Title Services: Assist members and non-members with PennDOT license, title, and tag services, as well as notary services.
- Support Services: Assist members with planning road trips, providing maps, and managing foreign currency transactions.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services across our divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, Travel Agency, and Financial Services. Leverage member interactions to introduce additional products and services.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to current members to ensure their needs are met, provide information about current and new products and services.
- Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Assist members with payments, answer inquiries, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
- Cash Management: Daily balancing and reconciling of cash drawer.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong background in customer service, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Passion for sales with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Tech Experience: Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, Membership Management Systems and other relevant software.
Additional Requirements:
- Notary Certification: The notary certification process will be facilitated by administration.
- PennDOT: Must pass necessary PennDOT courses to perform job-related transactions.
