Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to maintain their appearance and longevity.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to any concerns or special needs.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working order for daily use.
- Support housekeeping management with training new team members and adhering to safety guidelines during all cleaning activities.
Experience
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential, hotel, or commercial settings demonstrating strong cleaning skills.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Experience in laundry services and managing household or hotel housekeeping operations is highly desirable.
- Background in customer service roles that require clear communication and a friendly approach.
- Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities.

Pay: $23.03 - $24.00 per hour
