Program Manager/EIDBI Level I ProviderPosition Summary
New Beginning is seeking an experienced Program Manager/EIDBI Level I Provider to work closely with the Director and support the company’s continued growth, stability, and quality of services.
This combined position includes clinic-management responsibilities and the delivery of Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services. The ideal candidate has ABA experience, has worked with children with autism or related conditions, and has experience in a center-based environment.
ResponsibilitiesProgram Management
- Support the Director with daily clinic operations and organizational growth.
- Coordinate client and staff schedules and track cancellations and attendance.
- Assist families with check-in and check-out.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and send and receive faxes.
- Coordinate client intake procedures, including tours, admission forms, and assessment scheduling.
- Support staff onboarding, orientation, and review of company policies.
- Monitor office and clinical supplies and complete purchasing requests.
- Maintain organized and accurate client and employee records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, employees, and outside providers.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a busy clinic environment.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and team-oriented workplace.
- Protect client information and follow HIPAA and organizational privacy requirements.
- Assist with compliance, quality assurance, and preparation for reviews or audits.
EIDBI Level I Services
- Provide person-centered EIDBI services consistent with each person’s Individual Treatment Plan.
- Implement individualized developmental and behavioral interventions within the provider’s qualifications and scope of practice.
- Collect, review, and document accurate treatment data.
- Monitor the person’s progress toward identified goals and outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of program components during service delivery.
- Assess whether treatment protocols are being implemented as intended.
- Provide observation and direction, protocol modification, caregiver training, and other authorized EIDBI services when qualified and permitted.
- Document clinical observations, decisions, modifications, rationales, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the qualified supervising professional, treatment team, caregivers, and other authorized providers.
- Complete service notes and other required documentation accurately and within established timelines.
- Follow the person’s health, safety, emergency, and behavior-support plans.
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, training, and professional development.
- Maintain professional and ethical boundaries with people receiving services and their families.
Qualifications
- Must meet current Minnesota DHS qualifications for an EIDBI Level I Provider.
- Previous ABA experience required.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or related conditions required.
- Previous experience in a center-based program preferred.
- Experience coordinating staff, schedules, or clinic operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to make timely decisions and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Must satisfy applicable MHCP enrollment, training, background-study, and agency requirements.
- Proficiency with email, scheduling systems, electronic records, and standard office technology.

Additional Information
Employment is contingent upon verification that the applicant meets all current EIDBI provider qualifications and applicable background-study requirements. Specific clinical responsibilities will be assigned according to the employee’s credentials, qualifications, scope of practice, and clinical supervision.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
