About the Role:
As a CBRE T&T ProjectManagement Associate, you will provide support to project managementoperations, administration, and management for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipmentprojects, FF&E, from start through completion.
This job is part of theProject Management function. They are responsible for the management ofprojects from initiation through completion.
This role is on-site atour client’s campus in Indianapolis, IN.
What You’ll Do:
Request and provide reporting on keyperformance indicators.
Maintain project policies and directives withinthe operations manual.
Function as a systems administrator of theinternet-based project tracking system, project websites, and job costaccounting system.
Respond to internal and external customerinquiries about performance reports and project tracking system data.
Assist project management teams with theimplementation and monitoring of the adherence to project administrativepractices and policies.
Assist project team in project close-outprocedures.
Serve as project team liaison to the D&Tdepartment on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solvecomplex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend newtechniques.
Impact own team and other teams whose workactivities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes andsolutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years ofjob-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range ofprocesses, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function isrequired.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusualand/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculateadvanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
A construction, architecture and/or interiordesign background is preferred but not required.
